Calling ALL BAKERS! We will be hosting our Annual Fruit Pie Contest on Saturday, Sept. 29th during our Customer Appreciation Day & Fall Festival. All pies must be entered by 11am, with judging to begin at 11:30am. Our only rule is that they must contain FRUIT! Stop in The Country Store at Watervliet Fruit Exchange with questions or to sign up! Show off your pie making skills and win some prizes!!

The Flower Garden - Learn to have the best flowers in the neighborhood.
In this class you will learn the principals of color, shape, and size of your personal garden. You will learn about container and hanging gardens as well as vertical gardening. You will learn about soils needed and fertilizing.
There will be ample handouts and opportunities to talk about your own garden.

Small Fruits and Fruit Trees in Your Yard and Garden.
You will learn how to landscape using edible plants. Yes, a blueberry hedge, a raspberry boarder, or how about a strawberry maze. You can use small fruits and trees for food and pleasure.
